Our Services

Our Assessment service involves conducting staff interviews, exploratory meetings with Police and Crisis Providers, and reviewing relevant documentation. We provide legal consultation to ensure there are no liability or ADA concerns. We then provide comprehensive assessment report with findings and recommendations.

Our Implementation service tailors/creates training materials, designs policies, defines success metrics, and develops standard operating procedures. We offer remote or on site "Train the Trainer" training and on-site training with go-live support.

Our aftercare service provides ongoing consultation and support for addressing emerging issues and enhancing system optimization post go-live. We also develop and implement medium to long-term improvement strategies, including periodic assessments, policy adjustments, training updates, and additional support.
